Information in the following  has been taken from many sources, especially from "The Complete Book of Captain Scarlet', by Chris Bentley; Carlton Books 2001.

MAGNACOPTER

Large scale airborne maximum security vehicle, affording comfortable air transportation for VIPs. Length 200 feet; rotor blades 150 feet diameter. Powered by twin turbo jets and a rocket motor, the Magnacopter is able of air speeds up to 200 mph. It can transport up to 20 persons in passenger area.  Equipped with a galley area, toilet facilities and control room with computers and communications consoles.  A vehicle storage bay beneath the craft carries a Maximum Security Vehicle (standard equipment).

Note: Previous information stipulates that the Magnacopter is a Word Army Air Force craft, and that Spectrum loans it when there's need of it.  It can be that it was previously the case, but Spectrum must had equipped itself with the Magnacopter afterwards, as the MSV added to it as standard equipment is used by Spectrum exclusively!
