BACK TO BASICS, by Hazel Kohler. How could returning Spectrum to its origins possibly benefit the Mysterons?  Spectrum has no idea what the latest threat means, or how the Mysterons could achieve it.  Then ground installations start going silent, and agents start disappearing.  As the situation goes from bad to worse, only Scarlet, Blue, White and Green remember that Spectrum used to be a lot bigger...
