Thinking about it, if they wanted too, it would be very easy to update the uniforms to make them more believable, and keep the colour coding. You could have a standard uniform with a badge with the Spectrum logo on it, with a surround of the designated colour. And no more pink boots for poor Captain Magenta!!

Just an idea.

A scientist witnesses and scans a dead body being retrometabolised and learns the secret. He then tries to sell the process to the extremely rich and old as a way of rejuvenating them and as a link to eternal life.

Don't know if this one has been done before. If not, and anyone wants to use it as the base for fanfic, please feel free.

I don't really have any specific suggestions for a series 3 or 4, beyond having some multi-episode story arcs and seeing The Mysterons win more often.

My main wish is just that a series 3 and 4 get made at all.

Maybe one where Black assembles a task force of Mysteron agents by replicating skilled marksmen, soldiers, demoliton experts, etc. Then Black and his task force could take over Skybase and plot to crash it in to a conference where several key VIPs are discussing a method to stop the Mysterons once and for all.

And maybe another where a Spectrum traitor (someone like Captain Teal or Captain Bronze) meets two Mysteron agents and plots to kill Scarlet and destroy a military research establishment using a stolen Spectrum sonic rifle. Then the Mysterons could decide that he is a human and is not trustworthy, so they replicate him.

Also there could be one where Scarlet crashes a plane and meets a friend of his father's and discovers a shocking secret about his past.

Or a shuttle which returns to Earth under Mysteron control.

Or one where Captain Black cons a Tibetan monk in to believing that Scarlet is ajn incarnation of the devil.

Just a few ideas I thought up. Probably not any good bgut what the heck.

I was just thinking. I was watching chiller and I rember people saying they didnt like it because it was a typical Sc fi Story seen on Star Trek lots of times.

So I was thinking what other type of cliche Sci Fi storys could they do.

1 Where Spectrum fail and the following day Scarlet wakes up and its the same day again. and hes doomed to reapeat it unless he stops the Mysterons from sucedding in there mission and proving to the other spectrm members that he isnt crazy and realy is living the same day over again.

Or an episode where Scarlet and Black switch bodies and Black in Scarlets body tries to distroy Skybase and Scarlet in Blacks body has to prove who he realy is in order to stop him.

Kind of like Ground Hog Day then. I like that idea. Its not exactly orginal, but it still grabs peoples attention and makes them think how horrible it must be for the character to be in a situation like that.

Typical writer's remark, but in the absence of NCS production, why don't you try writing the stories yourselff? You never know, you might be surprised by the outcome :-D
