When can we start? Next Saturday maybe? Or do we need more time to get the message out about what you're doing? And who's starting it?
So many questions

Anyone could start in on Saturday.
Concerning more than one episode suggestion - I do agree that 26 weeks is a long time and the conversation may wear thin after the first day or so but we want to give people enough time to keep up - we could do the first story and see how it goes. If the postings slow down early then maybe 2 a week would be better. If we get hot and heavy we may want a full week per episode!
As for the confusion of running order, whatever order we decide on, someone should announce 'next weeks' episode a few days before the Saturday just so everyone is on the right page. I can do this - I am just a little confused on the order. I would be willing to go with the DVD order apart from the final two of course but whatever people want.

I just thought maybe someone would be sort of assigned to it. As in, that person could start the review each Saturday with their own review, say next weeks episode...if we keep using different people who keep saying the episodes in a different order to what someone else thought they were in, it may get confusing.
Somehow, I get the feeling I've confused people more with this post...oh, well...

I can start posting this coming weekend definately. Sounds sad, but part of me was hoping I'd be more involved in it i.e. the person I mentioned or something...sorry people; hows that for being obnoxious *sigh*...

It really is an excellent idea, shadokp, well done for thinking of it! A lot of peoples opinions will have changed over two years. I know mine have!

I think someone needs to decide which order they go in, and if we've all seen them at least once, no doubt everyone will have their own ideas as to what comes before which. Lets face it, half the fun is discussing which way everyone thinks the story as a whole is going, and we're not always going to agree !
The difference this time is that we have had an opportunity to view every one at least once, so that puts us in a different position to when the episodes were originally reviewed.
For the sake of simplicity and the avoidance of pistols at dawn, perhaps the DVD running order would be OK, but I definitely think Touch of the Reaper needs to be seen fairly early on. I understand that was the intention, but production problems meant that it wasn't seen till later. Again, not sure where Chiller should go, but to be fair, that just relects my own thoughts as to the series development and other people may take a different view.
Now I'm probably rambling on in incoherent fashion ! Still, if Serena, or whoever ,wants to start the ball rolling at the weekend, that's great ! May mean I have to stay up rather late, but still.....

In that way there is no confusion and perhaps we can discuss the continuity hiccups as we encounter them.

As for the running order, I don't want to seem pedantic here, but if we watch "Swarm" before "Rain of Terror", Scarlet will be portrayed as ;
1) Chases anything remotely female
2) Doesn't know his own emotions
3) Somewhat caddish in his intentions
4) In short, utterly stupid
None of which I think was intended. I know ITV got the running order wrong, but the DVD presentation was also under their control and I don't think they had a clue that it mattered in which order the episodes were seen.
I think that we ought to see "Rain of Terror" before "Swarm" and "Touch of the Reaper" before " Achilles Messenger", otherwise we'll be debating events which make even less sense than they otherwise would !
Sorry if this sounds like I want my own way here- I will of course abide by the majority vote, but I do think that those particular episodes are crucial.

But now I'm more confused, mostly due to Skybase Girls' comments (though I'm not trying to blame you...), as to what to put now...
Any suggestions? I would still like to start of the reviews though...please don't deprieve me of this..erm...in my eyes, privilage...

After that, the list is as follows;
Mercury Falling
Swarm
Touch of the Reaper
Trap for a Rhino
The Homecoming
Circles of Doom
Rat Trap
Achilles Messenger
Chiller
Heist
Virus
Skin Deep
Enigma
Best of Enemies
Contact
Proteus
Syrtis Major
Fallen Angels
Storm at the End of the World
Duel
Shape Shifter
Dominion
Grey Skulls
The last one was produced at the end because they had to change it from the original House of Dolls. I think we all know that Dominion was intended to be the last episode. I'm personally not too comfortable with Shape Shifter being where it is, but overall, I do think this running order makes more sense.
