How do I get to the colour chart?

Hi! I can see from the fanfic guidelines there is a colour chart somewhere but I'm not sure how to access it. Can anyone help?

It's in the Archive, in the old MSN group:

You can also get to it by clicking on the Forum Archives link at the top of this page. You'll need to sign up for membership, but it's free, and is activated very quickly.
