I'm glad life is starting to return to normal, well ish. Uni life: partying hard, rushing assignments harder.

Anyway, back on topic. Angel One. It's a clever routine, having Angel One constantly manned.

I was thinking about the rota today, actually - trying to work out how five Angels fit into a four hours on, four hours off rota. I think I need more paper!

And I think I need a new brain! It does seem a tiresome schedule for the Angels. Maybe it would work with more Angels, I dunno maybe four or five more, but I'm a marine conservationist, not in the RAF.

It's not big deal Scarlet Lady, and no rush as it doesn't matter if it's 250% perfect, after all we're all fans of the series and it's nothing worth spilling milk over.

Not to worry, girls! I think that many people (and fan fic writers, most notably) have tried to figure this out at one time or another. Even trying to present possible explanation as to why FIVE pilots would work in shift to form a TRIO whenever an emergency arises! Indeed, shouldn't they be at least SIX of them? That would make more sense.

That said, I mostly go with the five basic characters when I write a story. I admit, it gives me some headache trying to make it work at time... even relying on the temporary help of the captains or other Cloudbase members to complete a rota that otherwise wouldn't work.

I guess that's why I enjoy NCS a tad bit more as there's more breathing space concerning the Angels.

Poor dears, but they really shouldn't let themselves go, like that. I have a good mind to recommend to that that nice new Colonel White, that he allows my personal hairdresser to travel to Skybase and give them all a good wash and blow-dry. I am sure it would work wonders in cheering the dear girls up.

Well, they do say a woman's work is never done; but I wouldn't know too much about that. However, I can appreciate that it would take a toll on a girl's hair and make-up and that's enough to get any one down.
