Okay, I'm trying to find that Gladiators clip. I did have it but it's gone! GONE!
Here's another,
When your English Lit tutor tells you that you have 15 mins to write a gothic novel opening, you nick one of your fan fiction openings or include Captain Scarlet in some fashion!

mine's similar

Your Key Skills tutor tells you you have to do a 4 minute talk/presentation and you can pick anything you want...... you decide to talk about fan fiction and include an extract from one of your fics.

The vast majority of mine is based on him too

(the 'little' bit is explaining about fan fiction - what it is etc. etc.)

You find out that the motorway is closed and you think Rhapsody Angel might've blasted it.

Let's see...
You know that you watch too much Captain Scarlet when all other portrayals of Martian life seem stale and trite, and yet you firmly believe in invisible beings with powers you cannot hope to understand...

You get caught writing fanfic in class (again)
You get told off for viewing this forum in RM or ICT (or any other computer based lesson)
You are eternally grateful for the school not blocking forum (or website)
You do a fanfic for a creative writing task in English
You review an NCS episode for an English controlled assessment (and everyone else does "Eastenders")
"this is a red alert not a stroll around the deck, MOVE!!!"

I've found a local company called 'Spectrum Photos'

- You think that a human-controlled robot* mentioned on a tv programme** is visually similar to the RATs from NCS *hides behind the sofa*
- Your family buy you an e-Reader for a birthday present. You get excited when you realise you can upload and read ('normal') documents on it. You upload fanfics onto it for when you're away from a computer/the internet

*The person uses virtual reality gloves etc to control it
**The programme is called Prophets Of Science Fiction

You look for CS-related numberplates (SPV, MSV, etc.) when out driving (I don't drive, I tend to navigate for my brother - which usually means plugging in the sat nav and sorting out the music player, aircon, etc. I'm not irresponsible.)
