Monique, Destiny's sister (original Scarlet). Monique appears in one story in The Angels comic strip in the Lady Penelope comic. I remember little about it, apart from one very dramatic frame in which Scarlet is about to shoot her, thinking that she's a Mysteron, and Destiny is hurling herself at him, shouting "Not my sister!" or some such dialogue.
