I've been looking at NewsBiscuit for several years. They've usually got something to tickle the funnybone, but this one this morning made me laugh out loud. That's not usually something that happens before my third cup of coffee, I can tell you!

lol. Should just be grateful he's not in UK. Spending cuts would deversate internation rescue, especially as they're asked to pick up the slack.
