I think this is referring to "Flight 104", and specifically to Captain Scarlet.

While he's on the phone to room service, he tells Blue to "hold the grand opera".
When he's got some peace and quiet, he orders "steak with all the trimmings", for their lunch.
Later, he asks the fake waiter to bring some mustard.

i think this is 'expo 2068'. captain black takes over control of the helicopters, captain scarlet uses a power tool to cut a hole in the of the big crate and the machine inside the crate is overheating becuase its valve is missing.

This is a bit of a guess, Strikeforce, but I think this is an OCS episode, so here goes.

The Humbolt Sea on the moon.
Lieutenant Green in the moon tractor with Blue & Scarlet.
Green fires at the Mysteron 'guard' vehicle, which is coming towards them through the dust and he takes it out first shot... for which he wins a coconut. :wink:

That'd be 'Crater 101'.
