Well, he's certainly got the naturalistic poses down to a T - but he's a bit smiley for the Scarlet we know and love. :-D
You can also understand why the colonel would tell THIS Scarlet to 'Get your hair cut' :wink:

I think we can all agree he won't be getting a call from Cloud Base to do any stunt work for the real Scarlet any time soon.

Those platinum components don't work either. Not for me, at least. The colors of Captain Scarlet's uniform are "battle-lantern colours," so he would be geared up in scarlet and black.
