September 2010 Updates

Two new stories have been added to the Fan Fiction section this week.

First, "CHILLED", by Lezli Farrington. This NCS story, which you might already have found on Fanfiction.net, is now part of the Spectrum HQ website. Very good story which offers a follow up scene to the TV episode "Chiller".

Secondly, "'SPECTRUM IN RECESSION' MEETS 'THE MAKING OF STAR WARS'", by Intensity Angel. At the same time an End Credit Challenge offer, and a nice tribute to (you guessed it!) Star Wars.

Following the work started a few weeks ago, we continue to update our MERCHANDISE AND TRADING PAGES with up to date and new information on items available for fan of Gerry Anderson's series.

This week, two new pages have been created for the merchandises available for:

- TORCHY THE BATTERY BOY
- FOUR FEATHER FALLS.

Updates had been applied to the following pages:

- SPACE: 1999 (including the release of a Blu-Ray edition of the series for North America)
- THE PROTECTORS (including the recent release of an entire boxset collection for U.K.)
- TERRAHAWKS
- SPACE PRECINCT (including the never before release of the series in a Region 1 boxset)
- Items also have been added to the already updated pages of - FIREBALL XL5 and SUPERCAR.

- On the RELATED INTERESTS page, it was brought to my attention that the CD releases of the BBC Radio Crimes series of PHILIP MARLOWE - featuring the voice of Ed Bishop - needed to be included. And I couldn't agree more!

As another update, on the HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE STORIES page, the first upcoming stories have been listed. There's already FOUR of them announced so far, and we're hoping others will be submitted along the way.
