What makes you go abroad fighting for strangers
When you could be safe at home free from all dangers?
Gamble Gold- Traditional, performed by Steeleye Span - could be Dr Gold (NCS) or what Scarlet does in 'Special Assignment.

Angel Eyes by Alan Price - for any Captain in a relationship with an Angel.
I hope that someday that we will understand
That we can be together and love the way we planned
And then nobody will be falling but me
Nobody will be calling but me at your door
Your more than angel eyes
Looking for lover and lovers
Your angel eyes reading between the covers....

The chap who wrote the song thought it was very suitable for Leanne Rimes as he thought their voices are similar.
Sorry if it sounds like I'm being pedantic, but I didn't know that either till now!

I don't know the song or the artist. I do feel that unless the song title is completely self-explanatory, which this isn't, you should give some some sort of explanation, albeit it brief, as to what you feel the connection is to the character(s).
I did say Captain Black. And to explain a bit more fully: he doesn't seem to care about anything, alright save that time he doesn't kill Symphony.

So, as you didn't seem to want to explain, I looked the word up - and it is almost enough to get the post deleted. Then I understood why you couldn't explain what it is about.
I will leave it to the Colonel to decide what to do about the post and the word.

But I'm afraid it's all too true, Intensity.

By the way, you still haven't sent me a better pic of this avatar of yours!

The last time I saw Richard was Detroit of '68
And he told me:
"All romantics meet the same fate, someday
Cynical and drunken
Boring someone in some dark cafe,"
Only human on the inside by The Pretenders - Captain Scarlet.
Willow by Joan Armatrading. For the elite squad on Cloudbase.
I may not be your best; you know good ones don't come by the score
If you've got something missing, I'll help you look, you can be sure
And if you want to be alone or someone to share a laugh
Whatever you want me to, all you got to do is ask .

I've found another song. I wrote a NCS poem about Black and Destiny and realised that this song;
Kate Winslet- - What If is ideal for both the poem and Black & Destiny. And also Scarlet & Black because the song talks about what if you hadn't let go of someone but its too late to turn back the clock and do something different. 'Enigma' (I think its Enigma) is a perfect representation of this song as Scarlet thinks he is given a sceond chance to stop the war of nerves and stop Black from firing on the Mysterons but in reality he couldn't, 'well I guess we'll never know' is the actual lyrics from the song.

I don't think we had "Earth Angel", added to this list. By either the Penguins (not the Madagasgar ones) or the Crew Cuts (Colonel White will be happy!). Captain Scarlet serenading to Rhapsody, maybe?
"Blue Moon", (sung by many). When Captain Blue went to the moon and felt lonely...

Lies - McFly
This song so suits Black and Destiny.
"The devil has his eye on you" is cracking line in the song because Black does have his eye on Destiny.

i've got one, it's "Mellow Yellow' by Donovan. Ochre is a kind of yellow, but I bet he wasn't very mellow about being called it!
And there's another colour in the words, too:
I'm just mad about Saffron.
A-Saffron's mad about me.
I know there's no Saffron in either of the series, but I think there's one in TV21 or in one of the books.
