Got back from a week's holiday on Saturday and the forum was loading very slowly. However, today it is whizzing about with vim and verve 
I guess it was just taking a well-earned break too, eh?

I should have posted a message regarding that as soon as it returned to normal! Apparently, there was some problems with the server, which cause both forum and gallery to be awfully slow these last days.
My provider has corrected the problem (permenantly, let's hope!) and now the forum and gallery are back to normal speed.
Let's cross fingers!
