I've done my story - just a teeny bit of fluff - but it'll have to do.

I have every faith that you will have one though...or is that just putting too much pressure on?

Our very own, and very prolific Marion Woods starts the challenge this year with a new short story:
TARQUIN, by Marion Woods. A Mysteron threat fails to take 'man's best friend' into account...
http://www.spectrum-headquarters.com/fanfic/tarquin.htm
To note that this is the 420th Captain Scarlet story listed on this website... And that we hope that more of you will add to this growing list.
ADDENDUM
Last week, on November 30, the first part of a new story was posted, and I forgot to announce it on this forum! It is not a Christmas story, but I wanted to correct this oversight:
AJNA - PROLOGUE , by The Rabid Kookaburra. Whatever haunts Symphony Angel's dreams?
http://www.spectrum-headquarters.com/fa ... ologue.htm
This first part is very intriguing, and we hope that The Rabid Kookaburra will soon post the follow up!
Enjoy your reading, everyone!

Aww! I love that dog picture, Marion

(I was going to say something else too, but I don't want to spoil the story for any one that hasn't read the story yet.....

that's madness with a little 'm'... as in 'crazy'...

This is our now traditional story for Captain Scarlet's birthday (always considered a part of the Christmas Challenge).
I was supposed to present the Birthday story this year, but someone, couldn't find the time to do so. So our own Marion Woods provided, yet again, a wonderful story which saves the day:
A RACE AGAINST TIME Spectrum pulls out all the stops to make a special delivery.

Thank you, Marion! And good reading to everyone else!

First: A story for New Captain Scarlet Fan, written by our own Skybase Girl:
Paper Cuts. In which Symphony Angel's good deed lands her in hot water, while Scarlet and Destiny play a game of 'Truth & Consequences' New Captain Scarlet story.
http://www.spectrum-headquarters.com/fa ... r_cuts.htm
And then two re-postings from the website first years:
Underground Heroics, by Kimberly Murphy-Smith. A short story in which, after a day of shopping, Captain Scarlet encounters a group of violent robbers in a subway train. This story originally appeared in Issue 2 of "The Hot Corner" fanzine, and was first posted on the website on February 11, 2001. It is now presented with a much more agreeable background:

And lastly,
The Christmas Wish, by Kelly Haycock. Extra duties just before Christmas gets Captain Scarlet down, but his friends get together to try and cheer him up. First posted in December 10, 2002. Kelly Haycock was one of the first contributors to this website. Her Christmas story is now also presented with a more artistic background:

We'll have other stories to show you again soon! So stay tuned, and enjoy your readings for now!
