Songs That Suit The Characters
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force

What songs do you think suit the characters.
So far I think,
for Captain Scarlet - I Get Knocked Down (But I Get Up Again) by Smash Mouth and Another One Bites The Dust by Queen
for the Angels - Angels by Robbie Williams and Rock You Like A Hurricane by The Scorpions, and also Sisters Are Doing It For Themselves by The Weather Girls (I think).
for Blue and Symphony - Love Story by Taylor Swift
for Scarlet and Blue - The Boys Are Back In Town
What else? there's plenty.

How about: Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen) or Rhapsody in Blue (Gershwin). I know the second one isn't a song, but it's one of my favourite modern classics.

Sounds like it could be interesting to continue it here! What do you think?
Let's put one small rule to it then: what do you say about five entries by post, so that many people will have more chances to participate?
My entry, then:
"Green Door", by Bob Davie and Marvin Moore.

I've been having another little think.
In The Shadows by The Rasmus for Captain Black, and also Black and Gold by Jack Sparrow.
For NCS Colonel White, the song Lulu did, The Man With Golden gun springs to mind.
And what about Too Sexy For Shirt by White Said Fred for the Angels?
Alright, I won't again in this thread, give others a chance. Song caps on! I'll probably be away from the site for the next few weeks, what with treatment and a-levels to worry about.

Amaxing what you find on a trawl trough Google...
Song: 'Magenta' by Hooverphonic (a Belgian band)
I just love some of these lyrics...
Pink versus black, black versus magenta....you're camouflaged by a wall of blue, and turn the world magenta
Song: 'Ochre Tones' by Marjorie Evasco (Filipino poet/singer)

Baby's in Black - by The Beatles.
Golden Brown - by The Stranglers - that could either be for Ochre or for Captain Brown.
Mood Indigo - by Duke Ellington (and others)

"You are my special Angel", by Bobby Helms
"Green Green Grass of Home", sung by Tom Jones - not sure if he's the writer. But I can almost hear Lieutenant Green singing it, with chorus and all!
