Just out of interest – should any references to various ‘operations’ come under ‘O’ (such as in ‘Operation Time’, which we have already had for ‘O’) or could they come under the actual codename of the operation (e.g. as in Operation Time)?

I would actually prefer that various "Operations" are listed under their unique name, e.g. Operation Time (which I would list in the spreadsheet as Time, Operation).
Other opinions?

I agree that the other various operations should be listed under the operation's name, but in the case of Operation Time it is acceptable to list it under O, as that is the name of an actual episode.

What about round 1's 'Operation Sword'? That was listed under 'O'...

I did say prefer, rather than insist. And since 'Operation Sword' has already been used, it's academic to argue whether it should be under O or S.
I don't actually mind if we have listings of 'Operation Sword' AND 'Operation Sword'. I only object when an episode title is reversed to fit a letter entry, or if indefinite or definite articles are used for A or T posts.
