What about the UN?
The United Nations do not feature in the World of any of the Anderson TV shows. (as far as I know, and not the Big Three anyway.)
They may have morphed into the World Government, I suppose.

Marion, the UN was in fact mentioned several times in NCS episodes.

On another note: it is better if you edit your previous post if you have more to say on one subject, than to post two messages in a row. The function is available to you: there's an 'Edit' button you can use next to the message you posted.

Of interest may be the following info on the GA world, which I have OCR’d from the TV21 Summer Extra dated 1966. There’s no mention of a separate World Army and of course it would pre-date other bodies such as WIN etc …not to mention Spectrum! It’s also set at the time Nikita Bandranaik was World President (he was later replaced by WP TJ Younger, then WP Roberts later replaced Younger).
In TV21 issue 236 (1969) some other organisations listed are World Police, World Marines and the Space & Solar Exploration Society (Zero X maybe?).
WORLD GOVERNMENT AND SPACE EMPIRE
In the heart of Unity City stands the giant skyscraper block that houses the World Government and Earth Space Empire. High up on the 40th floor is situated the amazing senate conference chamber, a high-tiered, sweeping semicircle of seats and tables that are occupied by representatives serving on the World Government. It is from here the important decisions affecting the future of the World and the Space Empire are made.
The World Government was formed in 2034 after an atomic war had ravaged the globe. All nations agreed to join the confederation of states except Bereznik and Tong Vietkin, which being dictatorships, refused to hold free elections to elect a senator. From that day they have continually tried to bring the WG down.
Each senator in the senate represents one country or group of islands and is elected for a four year term by the people of his own country.
The World President, Nikita Bandranaik, serves a five year term and stands against several opponents in a world wide election.
Also sitting In the senate are representatives from 1planets of the Earth Space Empire which have been colonised by Earth. The Space Empire is made up of countless planets around Earth’s Solar System and each must achieve a certain level of civilization and technological knowledge before it is allowed to be represented in the senate.
Hundreds of the planets in the Empire claim and F enjoy the protection of Earth. These planets are in various stages of development and World Space Patrol ships ensure that no outside force interferes their development.
SECURITY COUNCIL
In a tall building in Washington the most important decisions affecting the lives of everyone in the Universe are made. For here is the meeting place of the Security Council, the last resort gathering that meets to discuss and solve the emergency situations that face the World Space Empire from time to time.
The Security Council is made up of the various heads of department, Commander Shore, General McCormack, Commander Zero, ‘S’, Admiral Bristol, and important senators from the World Senate. The World President presides.
Often, when an emergency situation does not permit members to travel to Washington, the council is convened and discusses its problems over a special Red Alert video-phone link.
SOLAR COUNCIL
Four times a year special representatives from planets of the Space Empire leave their planets to journey to Kahra, Mars, where the Solar Council meets in special session.
The representatives on the Council are directly answerable to the presidents of their planets and reports on all matters discussed by the Council are passed to each planet’s government and the World Government in Unity City.
Purpose of the council is to ensure the smooth running of the Space Empire and to discuss and assist any planets in need of special help. Uranus, recently devastated by meteorite storms was discussed at a recent session and the Council voted to give special aid from the Interplanetary Fund.
The Council is also responsible for recommending to the World Government those planets which apply for entry to the WG. The Council investigates every application to ensure that the planet is eligible, so ensuring that only important business reaches the World Government on Earth.
WORLD AQUANAUT SECURITY PATROL
Some miles inland from the coast of Florida, America, is situated the fantastic World Aquanaut Security Patrol headquarter called Marineville. This is an amazing self-contained community responsible for the task of maintaining security and the free running of the world’s oceans—above and below the water.
The Wasps are under the direct control of Commander Sam Shore, a tough, experienced seaman who controls all operations from his invalid hoverchair. By means of the intricate equipment at his disposal Commander Shore can move his vessels to any point on the oceans as soon as trouble occurs, and he plots their actions on the ASM, the Automatic Sea Map, a huge electronic map that tells him the exact position of every vessel at a glance.
Throughout the twenty-four hours of every day reports and pictures flood Into Wasp control from its complex system of ocean tracking stations positioned ‘throughout the world. Many of these stations are purely automatic, but others, sited on the busier sea lanes, are operated by Wasp personnel. Pride of the Wasp fleet, and spearhead of all actions, is Stingray, which is commanded by Captain Troy Tempest, assisted by Lee “Phones” Sheridan.
Keynote of all Wasp actions is speed and accuracy — to strike hard and fast To achieve this Commander Shore has pushed the introduction of new vessels like Sea Leopard, a massive surface strike ship that carries sixteen Hummingbird atomic-powered interceptor fighter planes.
In recent years Wasp operations have been extended to include sections on other planets in the Solar System, and special ships, designed and built to face the hazards peculiar to the planets on which they are to operate, have been ferried from Earth to their various headquarters and operations zones.
These “Empire. Bases,” operated by all Earth’s defence sections, are manned by personnel recruited from the planets on which they operate. The commanding officers however are from Earth and are answerable to the Earth H.Q. for training and all actions undertaken by section craft.
WORLD ARMY/AIR FORCE
AT Boscombe, England, is the vast site that houses the headquarters of the World Army/Air Force. In charge is one of the most experienced men in the services, General McCormack.
The World Army and the World Air Force were merged in 2052 with the aim of streamlining joint operations.
The Boscombe H.Q. is situated on the largest airfield in Europe and is a hub of activity night and day. In the vast underground war room General McCormack can follow every action made by WA/AF units anywhere in the world.
Bases are maintained in every major country, with army and air force units working together to defend the member states of the World Government.
The globe is constantly patrolled by World Air Force reconnaissance planes which report to their ground control any trouble. These reports are automatically relayed to the Boscombe War Room, so keeping General McCormack informed of any developments. He is then ABLE to conduct operations to eliminate the danger.
Underlying secret of the WA/AF is its high speed efficiency in being able to move its forces fast. Junglecat divisions, hovertanks, atomic artillery units with thousands of troops can be airlifted to any danger zone in the world in a matter of hours. A fine example of the Army and Air Force working together as a compact fighting force.
Like all other sections the WA/AF maintains bases on every planet in the Solar Empire.
Due to the inexperience of personnel recruited from the planets on which the bases are situated, most responsible positions are filled by top Earth officers.
WORLD NAVY
THE World Navy has had the toughest role of any of the services in recent years, largely because its role has been taken over by the Wasps. But under the powerful direction of Admiral Beatty and his successor, Cooper Bristol, the navy has gradually built itself a new role.
With its revolutionary aircraft carrier submarines and huge destroyers and troop landing ships the World Navy is once again a powerful strike force. In a supporting role, too, the World Navy has proved itself a major force in the defence system of the World Government countries.
Recently in a press interview Cooper Bristol, when asked how he saw the World Navy, replied: “I see it as the finest of all the services. We have the ships to land. whole armies on beaches, and we have the massed fire power of hundreds of ships and aircraft to support those landings and ensure that the troops stay ashore. At sea, too, our ships, incorporating every advancement in naval science, are more than a match for any marauding Bereznik vessel.”
The main World Navy base is in Sydney, Australia, but there are many others, chiefly at Gibraltar, Cape Town, Hong Kong, New Orleans and Montevideo.
WORLD SPACE PATROL
Earth’s first line of defence and attack is the World Space Patrol, the massive organisation that extends the long arm of its might to the outer limits of the Earth Space Empire.
On an island in he broad Pacific Ocean the vast complex of space hips and tracking stations, space supply stations and asteroid checking posts are controlled from Space City, where Commander Zero takes direct command.
The Commander has at his disposal the largest and fastest fleet of space craft in the Universe, deployed through the reaches of space to ensure the security of Earth and its Empire.
The WSP is in effect, a space army police force, patrolling all space sectors and ready for action in the event of trouble.
Apart from the XL fleet of ships which operate continually on set patrols covering the whole of space, the World Space Patrol operates hundreds of battleships that make up the Earth Battle Fleet. The last time they were gathered in full force was when Earth faced war with the Astran Empire.
Fireball XL5, most up to date and fastest of all the XL ships, is commanded by Steve Zodiac, While having regular sections of space to patrol, XL5 is on special standby for emergency missions and is based at Space City.
A sub section of the WSP is the Space Tracking Section. This section is responsible for the thousands of manned and automatic robot stations sited throughout space and operating round the clock.
These are the eyes of the WSP. So powerful and so comprehensive is their cover, it is unlikely any alien ship can enter space patrolled by Earth without being detected seconds after entry.
UNIVERSAL SECRET SERVICE
ON the outskirts of thriving Kahra, capital of Mars, stands the ordinary looking factory of Century 21 Toys Incorporated.
But the harmless production of toys is merely a cover for the most deadly and efficient organisation in the Universe. It is the headquarters of the Universal Secret Service.
The U.S.S, network is complex and complete, giving cover to every section of the Empire.
Directly under ‘S’, operations are broken down into divisions, sections, sub-sections and even sub sub-sections. For instance, beneath ‘S’ is the Head of Solar System Operations and subordinate to him are the different planet heads. In turn each planet is divided into sections. On Earth these are: The Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, Siberia, India, Arctic and Antarctic. Again, each country in these divisions has a top man answerable to the divisional head. This system ensures there is an unbroken line of communications from the small man in the service right up to ‘S’.
Top agents, men like 21, are based in Kahra, where they are readily available for special missions.
Apart from the normal production of toys the Kahra factory produces toys of a much more sinister nature. They are the Deadly Toys issued to all Senior Special Agents for use on their dangerous missions and are carried in special sample cases. This also assists their cover as toy salesmen for Century 21 Toys.

The only exception however, Marineville is .....I think, situated on the West Coast of North America.
(Unless of course, they have since, constructed a "second" Marineville, on the Florida coast!)
