Where was Captain Blue's coffee drugged?

I recently had occasion to see the installment titled "The Inquisition." However, for all the effort I invested in doing so, I still couldn't quite make out the name of the restaurant where Paul Metcalfe and Adam Svenson ate their meal before Svenson was served that coffee that the Mysterons drugged before he could drink it.

Any answers to that question will be welcome.

I was rather curious myself.

I'm not sure, though. I took a pic with Power DVD on the scene where the name appears, and it looks like "Markham Arms".

Those who have been able to see it might confirm if I'm right - or what name they actually have succeeded in seeing!

"Markham Arms" would make sense. As far as I recall, that was the name of the pub where Gerry Anderson spotted the legendary h'Arthur (I think) - the person he then advised David Graham to mimic for the voice of Parker. It would make supreme sense, plus a good joke for anyone in the know, to use that name for a restaurant in Thunderbirds or any other series.

I checked in the Chris Drake book about 'Thunderbirds' and it says

While Gerry & Co were still at the planning stage of 'Thunderbirds', they would regularly visit a traditional English pub near Cookham called the King's Arms. They were often served by a very decent waiter named Arthur, who had once been in the Queen's service at Windsor Castle... Arthur was assiduously studied by David Graham... the voice of Parker.

I think the pub in 'The Inquisition' is the 'Markham Arms' though.

If both Paul Metcalfe and Adam Svenson, before the Mysterons tried to make Svenson betray the entire Spectrum Organization to them, were indeed dining at the Markham Arms, then which of them knew about it first, and how so?

Or does that question qualify as a "plot bunny?"

Is the Markham Arms in England somewheres? If so, where? And if not, where else could it possibly be?

For I may eat there if I ever travel to its location.

If you Google the term 'Markham Arms', you will see that it is not a unique name. There are pubs called 'Markham Arms' all over the UK, ranging from the Kings Road, in Chelsea, to Chesterfield in Derbyshire, and beyond.
I strongly suspect this one was made up by the programme makers, and could have been based on any pub, anywhere, or no real pub anywhere either.
There may be restraurants/inns/hostalries/taverns/bars - whatever - with that name in other countries too. I didn't go into that much detail. You'll have to pay your money and make your choice.
