Christmas Challenge 2007

I wish I could write my ******* Christmas story though! I've got ideas, and little extracts, but no actual real beginning!

Openings just have to be interesting, you can always explain later.

As we are entering December soon, and this will be a very busy month, I thought it better to warn you that it is quite possible that any story you have sent - or will sent - WHICH WILL NOT BE A CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE STORY, might encounter a delay in "processing" during that period. Meaning, priority is given to Christmas stories at the moment, so beta-reading, preparation and posting on the forum would be given exclusively to Christmas stories for now, with the other stories taking a back step for the moment. If there is time, those other stories will be checked and processed according to their order of reception. I know this might look like a set back, but unfortunately, we don't have any choice, as time is running short (and shorter still, with the Holidays approaching!). So it is even quite possible that those stories will be posted only after the Holidays.
Rest assured, though, that EVERY SINGLE STORY SUBMITTED will be checked eventually, and that the administration will contact you in due time. If after the Holidays, you notice that we don't contact you, just write back and we'll check whatever could have happened with your story!
The good news is: after the Christmas Challenge is finished, there will STILL be a good number of stories to be posted on the website! I received a few contributions, and they are all waiting in the wings at the moment. So, the next months promise to be very busy!

I finished Part 2 last night and emailed it to Chris. It is now one of the two 'latest updates' updates for 'December 25, 2007'.
