I can see parallels here with Lieutenant Ro Laren of Star Trek TNG: someone who is as at least as loyal to the cause as the more orthodox heroes, but who has got there the hard way and who therefore has no compunction about breaking a few rules if it produces results. People like that add spice to situations: she's far closer to my idea of a future love interest for Scarlet than the ghastly Destiny. If only there were more episodes in the can with which to explore these avenues of speculation - but then of course that's what the fanfic is for. I reckon this episode will feature as the background for quite a few future offerings in that line.

I liked the "Which planet do you come from? Planet Stupid, or Planet Ugly?" line. Don't know why.
For a split second, I was actually expecting to hear her swear when the raid bike got taken. "Oh...great!"

That was good but the 'Now... take me to your leader.' line was better!

Still...that's another interesting avenue to explore. Who were these other aliens...did they have any contact with the Mysterons?
And am I right in thinking that, aside from Frank Bogart, Colt is the only non-Spectrum person we've met who now knows about the Mysterons?

Yeah I thought she was gonna swear as well, maybe that pause before great was deliberate.

Also liked the bit where Colt says he's leaving before Spectrum do things to his mind to make him forget and Ochre lets him go - now I would have liked to see White's reaction to THAT

I was more looking forward to the reaction by White that she got the raid bike back... but lost a Cheetah and a Rhino in the process!

Once again, very cool to see the final work aired in all its glory....sad to see its the last...
The tension between Colt and Ochre worked out well.
Hope you all enjoyed the effects too!
The slo mo shot was actually longer, they cut it down a tiny bit....

So now go out and tell the world to watch the DVDs so we can make seasons 3 and 4!

Cheers!

Can't help thinking Colonel White was a bit over the top about the loss of a raid bike, why pick on Elaine when Scarlet left his Rhino unsecured and nearly got a nuclear power station blown up as a result in Trap for a Rhino? Hope he got a ticking off for that later...!
Loved all the humour in this episode.
The CGI work was so good, well done guys. The ferris wheel was stunning, and the sunset, beautifully done. And the motorbike chase scenes, and the crowds of people....
I'd really love to say 'keep up the good work'..!!

Captain Ochre has always been a favorite of mine but with this episode she probably moves up into the rank as the strongest female character with perhaps Destiny and Green coming in a close 2nd and third.
I like when she steps out of the Cheetah but then quickly remembers to put on the security measures. As was already pointed out, how many times have Scarlet and Blue not done this. Ochre does point out that Blue's driving did cause some of the problem.
The Ferris Wheel ride looked like fun!!
I like how Ochre goes into the diner just looking for a fight!!
Still wish they had shown them in order but oh well. Bring on the merchandise and DVDS and US release!!!

Yes, I liked the doubletake as she started to get out and then remembered it.

Maybe the lockdown was put in after Trap For A Rhino's events. I don't know about you but I wouldn't like to nick Captain Blue's ride if there was any danger that he'd catch up to me!

Agreed - I'd have a go!
On a second viewing, I noticed the static bystanders ignoring captain Scarlet's rush to the wheel, that others have noticed. i can only put it down to their incredulity that someone can run around in a bright red uniform (eh Doc?

I liked the sound effect of the ratchets complaining when Brock forced up the restraint. Contrasted with Scarlet's silent clatter onto the capsule....
Why is Scarlet so reluctant to shoot people in the back (last week notwithstanding)? Could have saved himself a broken hand! Anyone else expect him to dive after the bomb to cushion its fall?
I like how Ochre goes into the diner just looking for a fight!
I liked the sound effect of the pool cue falling to the floor. Nice touch!
Also (after the second viewing) appreciated Colt's 120 year continuity when talking about Roswell.
