- NCS seems pretty fond of abandoned desert diners
- heavyset, balding gentlemen abound
- I still have a very hard time believing that genetics (enhanced or otherwise) can help much in regards to kick-starting incinerated remains
- jumping off of Skybase is a really popular recreational sport of some kind
- the nuke, when it went off, was still much to close to Skybase - my first thought was that the shockwave and the EMP between them would have knocked her from the sky almost as efficiently.
I'm inclined to say - in a Michael Winner voice - 'calm down dear, it's only a TV show'... except I think Doc Denim would rip my head off and spit down my neck!

I am always calm (ask anyone who knows me, and there are a few forum members that do) and I merely observe and report my honest observations. (I thought you liked honesty....)
I DID say I rather liked it, didn't I?
Yes, of course I am having fun - loads of it - that's what Spectrum Headquarters is all about! It's why I come here! It is my sole purpose in visiting any CS Universe, though I obviously have my favorite amongst those presented and I don't mind admitting it.
And I only spit when I hear grown women calling their fathers "Daddy". (But I have discussed that already elsewhere.)
all for now....duty calls---
Ciao

PS - who is Michael Winner?

Animation highlights - frozen tear breaking
Story highlight - Blue in his 'Some days you just can't get rid of a bomb!!' run around Skybase.
Story lowlight - Uh...hopefully there were no people below Skybase when that bomb went off.
4/10

I completely agree about the highlight of the episode though, Captain Blue and that race with the bomb!! I could watch that bit over and over and not get bored!!

We do see some good character development on the death of Scarlet, but didn't we see a little of that before in the first episode. I did like the Steve Buscemi look alike in the story and the fact that there are other agents working for the Mysterons that have nothing to do with Black.
I liked the look of the episode but it isn't one of my favourites. Remember that Star Trek TNG episode where LaForge and Ro end up disembodied and 'dead' and end up having to avert disaster? Well, so did the NCS scriptwriter, apparently....

The animation seems a little off too...lots of odd facial expressions, everyone seems a bit stiff, and Storey turns into a hunchback when he hides under the diner table.
