Purchasing from Amazon
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force
I'm from Australia, and unfamiliar with.
I noticed they have some new Vivid dolls on there (including Captain's black and Blue) some random SPV/Patrol Car models. Looked interesting.
I'm wondering, can you use PayPal for that website or do you have to pay using a special Amazon card?
Has anyone else purchased from there?
All help is appreciated.
I've just purchases a Black, Blue and Scarlet doll from eBay, all good except the Blue has missing handles on the cannon, whereas those sold on Amazon were brand new.
I've also purchased a SC pc game.

I have nothing but praises for Amazon - whatever country I ordered from: U.K. , U.S., Canada, France... They have an excellent service. They also offer the "Marketplace seller" service. That means that other merchants can use the Amazon pages to sell their stuff. You pay Amazon (who will never reveal your credit card to anyone), and they pay the seller who'll send you the merchandise.
However, certain items are not sold out of the country where the Amazon store is based - I know there is no trouble with books, films, or music CD. I have never bought toys from Amazon, so I'm unable to tell you if you can buy dolls from either the U.K. or the U.S. for Australia. Except maybe, they can be bought from Marketplace sellers, so you might want to check that out.

This forum has proven very useful in aiding my Gerry Anderson related interests.

Another webiste worth mentionning is Ioffer. Much similar to ebay, except in most case, you are the one to make your own price. They may have some Anderson stuff over there:
