Okay, I'll try.

The episode would indeed be "Model Spy".

Charm: Because Colonel White said in the beginning that "Spectrum is not devoided of charm".

Vertigo: Because Symphony said in the episode that she didn't have a head for heights (which is as we know a total lie...)

Gratitude: That goes two ways. Verdain shows gratitude to Spectrum by offering stunning dresses to the Angels... but more to the point, one of the Angels shows gratitude to Verdain for the said dresses with what no doubt looks like an approach to a kiss...

That's right - you got one part of the answer. But not all of it. You needed to tell us what each of the three clues was about. That's what I did.

I'm guessing Dangerous Rendezvous because Yellow Fox appears in that and I think Spectrum is over the himalays at that time.

But there is another episode which I can't remember the name of and I think it might be that one instead.

I think it's Captain Grey.

He is from Chicago, drives Yellow Fox, and is with Melody Angel in the helijet, searching for the Mysteron agent in the Himalayas.

Isn't this the drugged champagne? The date 2051 I think was the the idea of Spectrum came about, the broken glass would be the one Scarlet drops and the wet hand would be the one that opens the first bottle and gets soaked by champagne. And yes I know I can't spell the word.
