Those enduring end credit images...

One of my most enduring memories from watching CS way back as a young girl, is of the amazing end credit panels painted by the mighty Ron Embleton, especially when backed by either of the two end credit themes (my personal preference there is for the theme sung by ‘The Spectrum’); they have haunted me - quite delightfully - through the years. I don’t know what kind of magic Ron Embleton wove into them when they were created, but he certainly did – for me, at any rate.

Now that I have my own 'copies' of the paintings adorning my walls (and the walls of my children’s bedrooms!) I was wondering whether there’s a general preference out there regarding certain of the paintings over others, and whether they have had the same impact on others that they had on me.

To get the ball rolling, my own, personal, preferences for my ‘top four’ are:
'Swamp'
Closely followed by:
'Snake', 'Dynamite' and 'Sharks' (these three changing order randomly according to whim!)
The rest follow, again, as the mood takes me.

I’ve trawled through the other topics trying to find a thread on this but can’t find one – please excuse me if one exists but has escaped my notice.

Oh whoa everytime I see a Ron Embleton it takes me right back to my childhood, they are great arent they!:grin:
My favourite as a youngster was always 'Swamp' but now 'Dynamite' has over taken it very slightly.
My top four would be:
'Dynamite'
'Swamp'
'Snake' and 'Spikes'
