You think the NCS animators had to fill in the extra 5 minutes in each episode some how... but a little less Scarlet/Destiny and little more Scarlet or Black :grin:

You hope that the puppets have good wages, sick pay..... they go through a lot of being drowned/blown up in the series.

Okay a few more,

You know you're addicted to Captain Scarlet when...

1. You check out Captain Scarlet on wikipedia and know much is accurate and how much is lies.

2. You refer to Ferrari F1 driver Fernando Alonso as 'Captain Scarlet' whilst watching a Grand Prix.

3. You get excited when you find Captain Scarlet merchandise that's within your budget and you buy it.

4. You say your mates look like Captain Black when they have a hangover.

5. You've brought an item of clothing because it looked similiar to something one of the Angels wore.

6. You wish that a captain/angel/other bod wasn't a puppet/CGI character but an actual actor so you can stalk them on Twitter and/or Facebook.

7. You say SIG instead of yes or okay.

8. You read Captain Scarlet fan fiction...a lot.

9. You know all the words from every episode.

10. You get confused when your mates get confused as they have no idea who Captain Scarlet is. :shock:

11. You've heard of slash fiction and check to see if there is any on Captain Scarlet.

Not just CS either, Thunderbirds, Stingray, Joe 90, UFO, they all did exceptionally well. Everyday they were on TV throughout the 90s and the comics were fantastic to read.

Oh here's another couple.

1. You based a school project on Captain Scarlet.
2. You found a reason to watch an episode of Captain Scarlet during a lecture.

This is uncomfortably weird;

You overhear a conversation between colleagues where one person asks the other person ( who is a wonderful cake maker) if she can make him a cake in the shape of a Falcon. She doesn't really know what he means, so he tries to describe it. You immediately think, "Falcon Interceptor - OMG, another CS fan!"

Fortunately, you don't give yourself away at the time. That comes later, when you ask the cake maker about the Falcon and she gives you a blank look. She says, "Oh, the Millenium Falcon"? He's a massive Star Wars fan, apparently."

You mutter something about misunderstandings and creep away to your desk, vowing to never again let your obsessions rule your sanity. Too late, maybe!

I bought them because I liked them, but they do look rather like a feminine version of Scarlet's Spectrum-issue boots! Needless to say, I love them.
