Well, that part of the episode was set in the US, so I've always assumed they were using an American SSC.

Yes they do, hence the whole joke about Americans driving on the wrong side of the road in Britain. I'm sorry if anyone is offended

Arhh! Just remembered something about that joke!! It's a Woverhampton one!! No wonder people won't know about it!!

Dunno, I'm from Wolverhampton. Alright, I found that extract but one problem, it's a conversation between two characters and one of them I created and shares my username. Well here's that extract (NCS)

Forgive me if this is against the rules.

Sorry if any Americans are offended but the character Intensity Angel is a bit rude and a nightmare to her fellow teammates as well as Captain Blue.

Extract,

“Now just remember Captain, in Britain we don’t drive on the wrong side of the road,”

“Pardon Intensity?” asked Blue as the British Angel muttered under her breath.

“We drive on the right side of the road Adam,” replied Intensity as she started thinking up a line to wind up Captain Blue with.

“Okay, so we drive on the right,” repeated Blue knowing he shouldn’t as Intensity would bite him back later when he least expected it.

“Nope,”

“What?” asked Blue coming to a halt and crossing his arms. Now Intensity was just talking in riddles.

“In Britain we drive on the right, you Americans drive on the left, hence all the accidents that keep happening,” explained Intensity getting ready to catch Blue out.

“You cheeky little minx!” snapped Blue

“Well don’t drive on the wrong side of the road then! On second thoughts, I’ll drive,” finalised Intensity smirking at Blue who looked far from happy with his undercover partner.
