Kudos to you all

It's also given me a profound appreciation of my own.
* The stories here are of consistently high quality.
* The betas are tireless, tactful and through.
* As are the reviewers
* Everyone is open minded enough to allow diverse and conflicting views and 'ships to thrive. (even the slash, though not archived here is at least tolerated)
* Notable lack of flaming, forum dramas, and other assorted madness.
* There is just such a wonderful sense of community and friendship.
Am sure there are many other things too.
So thank you, everyone, for playing your part in something so glorious.

I have to admit, I only belong to this one forum, and that's for the very reasons you state...and I have to agree with you whole-heartedly...
It IS the best!! And I think we know who we all have to thank for that...

Chris has kept the forum and the website a friendly place, and she works hard to improve it and keep it up to date with all the news.
We all owe her a lot for the enjoyment we've had here - and a big
THANK YOU...

There have been some interesting

It's a very dynamic forum and website - where Captain Scarlet is very much here and now. This is very clear by the fanfic which has kept pace with today's living - but without compromising the original characters and feel of the series.

We have picked holes and poked fun at the original show for several years, but 'only in the best possible taste' (as they say) and without ever meaning to denigrate it.
No one should be surprised if we do the same with the new show too - or automatically assume that we mean it any 'harm' - by examining it under the same spotlight as it's big brother.
The work and effort that went into making both shows is obvious and deserves to be rewarded with success.

Ain't that the truth. One of the first things I noticed about Fanderson the group (AND some of the members) was the unfailing devotion to any and all things Gerry, no matter how obscure or esoteric the reference. Heaven forbid if a newcomer suggested anything different to some of these people, such as a John Williams-esque orchestral soundtrack (for the then-future Thunderbirds movie) instead of the ORIGINAL Barry Gray -- or for that matter even a Gray-esque ADAPTATION. If it wasn't original, to some of them it had no significance on the planet.
I am SO glad that doesn't happen here...
