Information on President Roberts

I don't think this has been asked before - if it has, I can't find it.
Does anyone have any information about President Roberts - the man who features in 'The Launching' and is stated, in certain sources, to become the World President after President Younger?
I assume he is meant to be the President of the US in 'The Launching' - presumably in the same way Europe has 'a triumverate' in charge.
Does he even have a name - in canon or fanon? If not I can make one up, but I'd like to know if any one has given him one already.

I can't seem to find anything in any of the official books that gives his first name. I gave him the name 'John' in my multiverse story and I believe Chris B did the same in 'Dark Horizons.'
I seem to remember I saw the 'John' in someone's Anderson Universe timeline, perhaps Keith Exley's, although off the top of my head, I can't be sure about it.
Both the Chris Bentley and Bassett/Drake books state that President Roberts is head of the US Congress.
There is mention of a possible background for the character in The 'Complete Gerry Anderson Episode Guide'. A scene from The Launching was deleted, where Harmony and Symphony discuss how Roberts hails from Symphony's home town of Cedar Rapids.

I just came across some references to President Younger while scanning the TV21's and managed to glean some tidbits of info (no first name, however).

President Younger has a 14 year old son by the name of Danny and a daughter (name and age unknown). Located this info from TV 21 Issues 176 and 177. The Vice President's first name is John.

I seem to remember reading that Younger was Australian - but the rest of the information is news to me - I do love collecting snippets about people - you never know when you might need them in a story!
Roberts is from Cedar Rapids, eh? That could be very useful.
All my books, magazines and comics are boxed up at the moment due to action on the interior decorating front - so I wasn't able to check anything myself. I'm very grateful for your help!
