Spectrum uniforms, ordnance
Moderator: Spectrum Strike Force
And as for Spectrum firearms, the pistols that Captain Scarlet and his are shown carrying appear to have .50 caliber ammunition. Since a round of that ammunition outpowers even a .454 Casull (there really is such ammunition being artificed) and is usually only found in projectile rifles, then Spectrum pistols have to be assumed to be almost like carbines. By extension, Spectrum projectile rifles ARE carbines.
What the ordnance has to do with the uniforms is that Spectrum-issue projectile pistols are marked in the user's call-sign color. "Full-dress" pistols of that type, I suspect, would probably be plated with gold and highly polished.

For a better understanding of how Mary imagined the dressed uniform , check the following link, third picture from last:

This is Mary's own creation.

(other than Mary's great outfits)? Has already has been done in the fanfics. And what does the caliber of the ammunition have to do with the dress uniform?
My apologies--I had no intention of causing any misunderstandings.
