Guardian Angels

b]So, I'm probably tempting some kind of action here but I'm curious as to whether anyone has featured the Guardian Angels that I wrote in "They Also Serve" in their own fan fic's.

I was inspired by something I heard elsewhere on this forum.

Sorry Matt, I meant to reply to your original post, but I've been somewhat distracted by real life events.
I referred to a 'second Angel squadron' who manned (or womanned :angel)

) Cloudbase whilst the originals were off on an exercise in my 'Challenge of 5' story: This other Eden.
Unlike you, I didn't really flesh them out apart from some codenames - and they were not the same ones you used.
This squadron's 'nickname' was The Angelettes.... it was the best I could come up with :

No one is obliged to use original characters created by other writers - even if the idea behind them is the same - or even follow the same ideas behind characters from the show about whom information was not supplied - eg: Captains Brown and Indigo.
That's what makes fanfiction so interesting. You should read it sometime :wink:

I seek not to enforce people to use them. Lord knows that's been told to me already. I just wondered idly between fits of depression whether someone might have.

Your reference to having the originals go off for training is what happened in the first Guardian story...great minds and all that, what?

I do read fanfiction, although to be fair I've spent more time on writing TJ Hooker stuff for a friend's site.

Well, the Guardians are returning in two more of my adventures. I want to flesh things out.

They should be coming back soon in a story that I'm re-editing before it gets submitted. I have them in a further two.

If it's been submitted and posted, then I for one want to read it. Who knows? The Guardian Angels may be able to help Captain Scarlet protect International Rescue from being "broken."

I've submitted it, but it's deep in editing...in fact I have not touched it in two or three months but hopefully it'll be out in the New Year.
