So... basically... what do people consider the best pieces of Captain Scarlet fan fiction?

THE SECRET
An attempt at hypnotic regression reveals the terrible truth of the deaths of Captain Scarlet and Brown. A well-written short, The Secret provides an interesting viewpoint of Scarlet and Brown’s deaths, and the traumas that cause Scarlet to force himself to consciously forget the incident.
THE QUEST
Discovering the true nature of the cause of his death, Scarlet takes some leave in the aftermath of Manhunt to search for Captain Black and discover just what he was up to at the Culver Atomic Centre. Intrigue abounds within the ranks of Spectrum and Stone Point Village as Scarlet’s investigation reveals far more than even he suspected…
THE CONCORDIAN LEGACY
Captain Grey and Lieutenant Green return to their old posting with the WASPs after a series of malfunctions in Marineville’s new Mysteron-detection system. Accompanied by Captain Scarlet, the team join forces with the WASPs when it becomes clear that the sinister forces of Titan are at work… A decidedly ‘tongue-in-cheek’ fic, The Concordian Legacy provides the reader with a unique and revolutionary insight into the character of Captain Grey. The puppet was modelled after the appearance of Sean Connery, the first actor to portray James Bond in film; as The Concordian Legacy pans out, we see Grey as sharing certain…characteristics with Bond.
YEAR IN SPECTRUM
A light-hearted comedy showing the Spectrum officers and Angels snatching brief moments of escapism and fun during each month of the year. One of the best examples of pure comedy, Year in Spectrum is highly enjoyable and succinctly displays considerable detail of the characters’ personalities.
A CHAPTER OF ACCIDENTS
Ever wondered what the stories might be behind the artwork that was always shown during the ending credits? A Chapter of Accidents offers a hilarious explanation. Captain Scarlet has handled everything the Mysterons have thrown at him – but can he possibly survive his new partner? Another tongue-in-cheek fic, A Chapter of Accidents boasts a well structured plot and gives the reader a sensation that it just hasn’t been a good week to be Captain Scarlet.
JOCHRE’S WILD
Presumably titled in homage to the Batman plotline Joker’s Wild: The Killing Joke, Captain Ochre begins behaving most strangely – that is to say, moreso than usual – after exposure to an unusual drug. Apparently derived to a greater or lesser extent from the narrative of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Jochre’s Wild is both amusing and occasionally a little disturbing.
BACK TO BASICS
When the Mysterons threaten to return Spectrum to its origins, none can fathom the true meaning of their threat. With time running out as agents and bases simply vanish, can Scarlet discover what they’re up to? Back to Basics has an amusing and novel plot, and is a fine example of ‘how-to-do-it’ Self-Imposition fic. I highly recommend it.
SIKAKO
Is it possible that a stowaway skunk on Cloudbase could prove to be a greater threat than the Mysterons? Of course it could. A good, solid comedy, Sikako is well paced and structured to ensure that you never stop laughing for a single second.
PARALLAX VIEW
In the aftermath of an explosion in a research laboratory, Captains Scarlet and Ochre find themselves in a parallel universe where Scarlet is still under the control of the Mysterons… A very sober fic with the occasional light moment, Parallax View shows an easily believable alternate universe, with subtle touches such as Captain Indigo being alive and the death of Symphony. Clearly thoroughly – or instinctively? – planned, Parallax View will keep you on the edge of your seat right to the end.
I JUST WANNA BE YOUR TEDDY BEAR
Perhaps one of the best examples of the lighter-hearted Christmas-themed fics available at Spectrum Headquarters, I Just Wanna be Your Teddy Bear has a simple but delightful premise: Blue and Scarlet shopping for the former’s nieces in London and finding some unusual teddy bears.

Chris Bishop- well you can't not rec the webmaster!
Seriously though I adore 'twilight of the gods' right now, but everything she's written is excellent.
Tiger Jackson - Purveyor of fine angst and macabre.
Sue Stanhope - Hell I'll read anything with plenty of Ochre & Magenta, even if that does mean they get the crap beaten out of them. The 'gangster triology' is so good.

Marion Woods - Her stories are a lot like my own [quite character based, usually light hearted, not too long]. She is champion of our dear Captain Blue; also some very lovely Ochre-centric fic of late.
Ultimatly it depends what kind of stories you (genre, fave characters, one-short or multi part etc). So give an idea what you're particually into and then we can make some more specific recommendations.
