Mysteron's Powers

Hi everyone, just wondering about something for the story I'm writing.

Can Mysterons take over more than one person at EXACTLY the same time?

There's a number of examples of multiple take-overs in the original series:

The Mysterons (Scarlet & Brown)

Model Spy (2 women)

Point 783 (Storm & his driver)

Seek and Destroy (Three Angel craft)

- and others, I'm sure.

When you come to think of it, that the Mysterons can indeed take over more than one object or person at a time should be obvious--because their complex on Mars DEFINITELY consists of more than one structure.

Can Captain Scarlet if he was to come into contact with high voltage current, because most mysterons get killed by it.

Although in Noose Of Ice he has recovered.

Also why was Captain Black's appearance changed when he was taken over to act under mysteron control .

I suppose, Ochrefan21, you are talking about Captain Black's change of appearance in the new series and not the old. (Please correct me if I'm wrong, its just that I haven't really watched much of the old series.)
They did change appearances of the characters in NCS after the first two pilot episodes, (more notably Destiny Angel), and they did look slightly better.
But if you are talking about OCS, didn't Captain Black have a lot of stubble after being taken over by the mysterons? Can someone with more experience correct me if I've just cocked up??? :cry:

Scarlet does not take over any one. He was taken over - in both shows - and he can sense another Mysteron agent (at least he does in OCS when the plot needs him to).
He is not killed in 'Noose of Ice' - so what do you think he's recovered from?

Captain Black's appearance does change in OCS after the Mysterons recreate their city. This is generally believed to be because he has been 'assimilated' by the Mysterons; it isn't made clear in the show if he was actually killed, although the comics and annuals tend to suggest he was .
