Story Ideas?

My partner recently suggested a CS/Muppets crossover story- you know, Kermit could be Lt Green etc ( partner called him Capt Green, because he's never seen either OCS or NCS and has no idea what he's talking about ).

He was being facetious, but I did get a mental image of who Miss Piggy would be ( I'm talking NCS here, ). Had to banish the thought quickly !

I'm not proud - I'll take my ideas from anywhere - but hopefully without plagiarising them.
There are many permutations that can be worked on a simple theme...
such as:
The Taming of the Shrew
Pride and Prejudice
myths and legends from all over the world
The trick is to weave them into a CS story.... I give it a go, at least!

Thats one of the other reasons why I thought of & suggested Romeo & Juliet...
If a fan fic is made, I bet it'll be popular amongst the 'Destiny-haters'...

Problem with doing 'Romeo and Juliet' is that at least one of them has to die for real - assuming Scarlet is Romeo (not type-casting, methinks... :angel)

Boy, am I gonna get in trouble for that one :->

) So, surely R&J would be ideal for an unsuspecting Mary-Sue - I mean, I'm sure she'd love to die romantically for her adored hero... wouldn't she?
Can't blame me for hoping :wink:

However much NCS Destiny might make me grind my teeth - I don't advocate killing off major characters, (said she - having rubbed out Magenta, Blue and Rhaps on one occasion

) because you never know when you might need a vivacious Irish-American, a drop-dead gorgeous blond, or even a Sloane Ranger...

Sorry, you don't get away with that ! NCS Scarlet would be a great Romeo ( let's face it, even Will's Romeo had at least a couple of lines of dodgy dialogue ).

However, there is no way New Destiny is such a Mary Sue that she would be prepared to sacrifice herself for blind adoration. Saving the planet might be one thing, but love is something else !

If she was prepared to do it, she certainly wouldn't be such a wuss about it. She'd go down fighting !

Well, Destiny does do much in OCS... ;-$

so, I guess, there's not muh to hate about her...

... NCS Destiny on the other hand... :*/
