Here's another one I browsed through a few days ago with two other members of the Mag7.

It might be useful in order to find the odd little word of line we may need to render a dialogue more... 'believable'

Now can anyone find a site that lists decent plot lines or even better, one that writes the story and just lets you put the names of your choice in?

There just aren't enough hours in the day to do it all.....

I get a pad, and devide a page into three sections - male names, female names, and surnames - and I then add any names I think of, hear or otherwise come across. I often look at the books I own, and add the not-so-well-known authors' names to my list.
I hope you find that helpful - I always do until I forget where I've left my pad!

Shall use the American one for myself, and point others in the direction of the British one.
As for names, I'm obsessive about them. So keep a running list, and am not adverse to spending hours researching to find a name of appropriate ethnic origin and/or meaning.

Me too. When I used to write fiction, I'd actually try and find a name which had a kind of meaning for the character. Or occasionally, just because I liked the sound of it. Online name meaning sites were great - saved sifting through the several dictionaries for names I had...

Oh sure, I can see that working...

Yeah, that's pretty much why I won't write it.
