It's a piece of original 1967 merchandise, a six foot long wall frieze by a company called Wonderama. I become aware of it while researching the trade press last year, in which they had a full colour advert (something of an expensive rarity in usually b/w or duotone publications) and one came up on eBay recently

The artwork looks better reduced, as it is a tad crude in places. Colourful but not as polished as, say, the a/w in TV21.
The frieze not in the best of conditions but I have scanned it and pieced it together, and am currently repairing the flaws and worn folds in Photoshop.
