To Taste and Taste Not is a brilliant story bringing more to his character. As ever and as I always say, I do doff my cap.

I read this last night and find I have been thinking about it all day. When a story haunts you like that, you know it's done it's job - or rather, the writer has done hers. Excellent stuff, Carrie, as always.
For some reason, this is my favourite so far, in the "Senses" series. Not exactly sure why, because they are all superbly written, but this one touched a chord. I have family links to Australia, so it was quite nostalgic. Never actually heard anyone say "She'll be apples", but I'm assured it is in common usage !

So hopeful it'll be another 'sizzling summer read'

Dr Fawn was fun to write for, he's a good bloke really...

[And thanks again to Keryn for making sure my slang really WAS still in usage (at least in 2007 anyway...)]

But it still doesn't answer the question.
