Harmony's appearance?

This is a very specific query, so do forgive me if I'm being obsessive, but... have I imagined this, or was OCS Harmony's appearance changed at some point? I've put something together to show what I mean - the first image is from the pilot episode, and the second one from 'Flight to Atlantica'.

I could swear her eyes look very different, but I'm not sure what it is. I know some of the puppets were slightly reworked partway through the series (the main instance I can remember being Symphony's haircut), so I assumed this was one of those minor tweaks.

(As a side note - Scarlet is standing rather close to her in that scene from Atlantica, isn't he? No concept of personal space...)

I think this is a case of frowner head vs. normal/neutral head. Also, that day, she might have endulged in a little too much make up. She might have also been angry at whoever gave her that awful bowl haircut.

I don't think the puppet's features were intentionally changed, but it is sometimes the case that characters look slightly different: as I understand it there was more than 1 head for each of them - certainly for the main characters- as well as sleeper/smiling/frowning heads and it was probably difficult to make them all exactly the same.
In the 2nd picture, perhaps Harmony was still suffering the after-effects of the Mysteronised champagne?

She does look a little spaced out in the second picture. Perhaps she's bored by the party. Nothing much seemed to be happening.

Her hair seems to be different (lower fringe is covering her eyebrows), but maybe it's more about the lighting? Her eyes seem more shadowed on the first pic and her uniform is darker.

Yeah, looks like a difference in expression, angle, lighting and other external factors to me, there has been no actual "hardware" change.
