Symphony's Hair?

It just occured to me that Destiny wears the same frock as Melody's wearing in the London restaurant when she and Symphony go to Andre verdain's reception in Monte Carlo! Maybe Spectrum has a one-size fits all communal wardrobe? Well, for the Angels anyway - as they do seem to swap off-duty outifits a fair bit...On the other hand, I suppose it might be an early indication of the 'cost-cutting' regime CGI Scarlet mentions in IoD (part 1 or 2) when he explains that Blue has the gun on Fridays....
Did anyone notice any other similar links between the two series?
A disinclination to sparkle...

As I said:
I always assumed what Melody was wearing was a hat - but I could be wrong, I guess.
I discovered the truth behind that hat. This was on a site about hairstyles....
Melody was merely wearing a family heirloom...

And to think Karen Wainwright, the Symphony Angel, became a hairdresser in her off-hours after getting such training for a Universal Secret Service assignment, just as being trained as a pilot for another such assignment gave her a love of flying! <G!>
