A couple that sprang to mind immediately:
Submarine commander-"I dont think you appreciate this man is dead?"
Colonel White- "That's no excuse!"
White as Snow
And a couple from one of my personal fave episodes
Captain Ochre - "We have a green light - Yippee!!"
Captain Blue - "What a bang! Can we do that again?"
Captain Blue - "Why did they have to do that? That was a great tune?"
Flight to Atlantica
actually - it was a terrible tune...

I'm not sure if this is relevent or not, but once on a holiday in France - we tuned into a radio station. This French station then proceeded to play different versions of the same tume (When the Saints go marching in -

As for favourite quotes - there are many - but 'You know I'm right, Adam.' has to rank up there with the best. Unfortunately I can't remember which episode it comes from..... must dash - work calls....
*Oh when the Saints go marching in...... when the saints go marching in....*

A friend in work while coming back home found her boyfriend playing on the net, searching for many versions of the same song. At first, she thought the song was cute, but after hearing dozens of different versions she was quite fed up with it! The song title? "The lion sleeps tonight"... I wonder if he managed to find the version as sung by Timon and Pumbaa in 'The Lion King'...
Oh yes, a quote, to stay in the thread:
"I don't think I have a head for heights." - Symphony Angel, in 'Model Spy'. Really, Symphony? Does Colonel White knows about it?

* In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight...*
Oh drat!

"Mr Svenson, could you get me a drink?" (Model Spy)
and the following:
Attack on Cloudbase - Colonel White to Captain Blue.
"I'm giving you a direct order, Captain Blue, you'll stay on this base. What's the matter with you man? Are you in love with the girl?"
"I suppose I am. Yes, I am!"
This is probably my all-time favourite - although somewhat open to misinterpretation.

Captain Blue: How was I in your dream, Symphony?
Symphony: You were just... Adam
Captain Scarlet: Sounds to me as if it wasn't so bad...
Attack on Cloudbase.
Oh, and Chris - I'll admit your tune is worse than mine! * wim-o-weh, wim-o-weh, wim-o-weh, wim-o-weh.... *
AAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!

Let's see....I haven't watched a lot of the series for a long time, but this one always stuck in my mind:
Captain Magenta in Operation Time:
"I've got it! I've got it! I know what the Mysterons are going to do! It's here, in the paper!"
(That may not be verbatim, but it always hit me as hilarious that the Mysterons would publish their intentions in the paper and none of them even giggled about it.)

And going slightly OT - stupidest quote - "What does this mean, sir?" (Episode 1, Lt. Green to Col.White, after hearing that the body of Captain Brown has been found near the crash site.) It means that he's dead and there's something weird going on, you wally!
Most hated quote - "Just say he's a man. A man doing a job. A great job." Captain Blue to obnoxious reporter at the end of 'Flight 104'. I mean - pompous or what!

Police #1: It'd still make a big mess of the city if anything went wrong.
Police #2: Oh relax, what can go wrong?

If I remember correctly the Mysterons did'nt publish their intentions in a paper, there was an article on General Tiempo having an operation on him to save his life.
But I could be wrong.

Her assistants responce?
"I suppose so. I didn't think you'd notice."
Come on fella shes human

On the other matter of that tune that seems to stick in everyones mind. I prefer the version byt the Nylons as well and Timon and Pumbaas is a close second.

Hmmm... quotes... I'll tell you later.

Hehe! Only joking. I'll find my serious side and have a good think...
"Earthmen, we are peaceful beings and you have tried to destroy us... you and your people will pay for this act of aggression."
-The Mysterons
That's my favourite because they say they are peaceful, then start making threats.

Scarlet Lady
- An SPV pulls up at Frost Line Base, Big Bear -
- Lieutenant Green gets out.
Sentry - You're Spectrum, aren't you?
(DUH!
