But on the subject of the audio adventures:
Pengelly - the mother and daughter involved in the adventure where Black steals an SPV and takes some children hostage.

That's the one where the actors - well, Ed Bishop - says everything t e r r i b l y ... s l o w l y ... towards the end because they hadn't got enough dialogue to fill the record, and so they slowed the speed of the recording down.
Gotta love the Anderverse...

I have been wondering about including our Fan Fiction - after all, we have included the 'official' published stories - and we may have to widen the options if we want to stand any chance of filling in some of the letters.
What do people think of the idea? If we do, it ought to be limited to stories on this website, so that people can check them out - not all sources are available otherwise.
Maybe we should have a poll?

It could work, I guess, if we want to keep this fun contest on the go. We haven't exhausted all the letters yet in canon/related merchandise, but I guess we're getting close....

Since the question was raised, I think it would be fun to include fanfiction in this game. So starting with next round, we'll do just that.

However, maybe we should apply some rules about the use of word coming from fanfic.

1) The story must be published on the Spectrum HQ website and be directly concerned with Captain Scarlet (Original or New).


2) The word should not come from one of YOUR stories. However, if it is a character, and that character has been created by someone else, even if you have used it, you could use the name of that character. Title can be used. In the case of crossovers, a character from the crossed fandom can be used, as long as that character features in the story, interacting with a character from Scarlet.

3) You will have to tell what fic it comes from and who wrote the fic.

So if everyone understands and agrees with these rules, let's start with it!
