How about the Yangtse river - again from 'Silent Saboteur'

Blue and Scarlet were incarcerated in a pit by a Mysteron agent, to die by drowning as the waters of the tidal Yangtse river rose and poured into it...

Will that do? I know it's a bit tenous.

Actually, 'Scarlet ' was played as a second attempt at a letter (and is therefore still up for grabs :wink:

), but we have had both 'Colonel' and 'White'.

IMO, 'Lieutenant Green' was played as the rank and not the colour (and the same could be said for 'Captain Scarlet').
