I don't know if you visited the website over the week-end, but one story was posted on September 29, Thunderbirds Day, featuring Spectrum's favourite doctor!

Medical Malpractice

Edward Wilkie had always believed that, in accordance with Hippocrates’ dictums, he had to make a habit of two things: to help, or at least, to do no harm. Then he met Captain Scarlet and everything he thought he knew went straight out of the window.

I certainly enjoyed reading this story which sheds some interesting light on Doctor Fawn's background. Thank you, Marion, for such an enjoyable ride!

By the way, it seems I made a mistake. Thunderbirds Day is September 30th, apparently... And I posted the story on September 29th... Sorry for the confusion!

Great story, Marion, with a surprise twist at the end. No spoilers, I promise, but do go and read it if you haven't already, it's most certainly worth your time.
It's nice to see Dr Fawn get some more air-time and his backstory was plausibly and excellently rendered.

I tried to stick as close to the 'authorised' biography as possible, but it ain't easy - as we all know - so I may have tweaked it a bit or missed some out, but it was a labour of love, in it's way

Yes it was! Well done on fleshing out Dr. Fawn and linking his past with Spectrum's present. Ed does deserve more story time. 8M-M)
