HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE 2013 LAUNCHED!

This was a quiet spring for Spectrum HQ, but here we are, will into summer, and we return to you with this most awaited for yearly announcement!
The 2013 Halloween Fan Fiction Challenge is now officially launched! So people, you have all of summer and a good part of fall to write your story and to submit it to the Spectrum Headquarters website, so to participate to this challenge, which is the most popular Spectrum HQ has to offer.
