Oh another scene as just come to my attention. Why did Destiny go and relocate Captain Scarlet? Surely that would've been a job for one of the Captains?

Relocate ? As in go back to see what he's getting up to with Ms Winters ?

I think she's laid claim to Captain Scarlet, no wonder you never see him in the company of the other Angels.
