Spectrum Headquarters Forum

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I'm suffering. Some time ago I was looking through a variety of online fanon resources of Captain Scarlet when I came across an image portraying a Spectrum building. My memory of it is fuzzy, but I remember it to be an establishing shot of a building with a semi-cylindrical glass front on a dais, perhaps a lobby, with the colours of Spectrum situated behind the glass; I can't remember if the Spectrum logo was on the building but I recall it being described as some kind of administrative headquarters for Spectrum or at least an HQ for one of its component agencies.

I recently rewatched the entire original series to find it when it shows up yet it never did. I suppose it is possible I concocted it as part of the Mandela Effect but I'm sure it's out there, somewhere. Waiting...

So, help would be appreciated in this matter.

The only buildings I can think of are:
1. The Maximum Security Building in New York which is in episode one. That has shots of the exterior and several interiors, including the entrance.
2. Koala Base in 'Traitor' - but I don't think that shows an exterior and I don't recall a lobby shot.
3. The African safari lodge in 'Spectrum Strikes Back' , but again, I don't recall a lobby shot.

The description doesn't ring any bells with me, I'm afraid, but there is a lot of fan-made imagery about. Best of luck with the search.
