Sports stars?

I don't know if anyone has started a conversation like this anywhere else, but...

With the World Cup goping on, don't you think that Scarlet would be a good footballer? I mean he doesn't/he wouldn't have to spend 5 months or so out of the game. All he would have to do is spend a couple of minutes on the sidelines then he could get back on to the pitch. This will also mean that he'll miss hardly any matches... unless someone kills him......

What do you think?
Is there anyone else that you think would be good at a sport?

There is a comic story where Scarlet has to join a football team to protect the Middle Eastern potentate who owns it.
It wasn't one I enjoyed much - but I seem to remember that Scarlet scored the goal that won the cup (wouldn't you just know he would? :wink:

) AND he saved the day, as always.

If you're thinking of NCS Scarlet, he's obviously a shoe-in for the men's gymnastic gold medal. Look at the way he got down from that radio telescope dish.... [go-1-go]

Captain Grey - a former Aquanaut - could be a first-class swimmer and Captain Blue IS a World Record holder for the longest surf run... according to the 1967 (or possibly 1968) annual.

That was just completely out of the blue. Seeing Scarlet (NCS) doing that stuff. Incredible. And his fencing as well, fine he lost to Colonel White in The Homecoming, but still, he beat the simulated player!!
