Some of the Angels strips are still sought! In fact, the entire later half is missing to make the series complete! These strips are contained in Issues 89 to 120 of the Lady Penelope magazines. The stories are as followed:

- "The Angels start work in earnest". In which Harmony's uncle is kidnapped by a Sumo-like criminal wanting Spectrum secrets (Issues 89 to 94).

- "A Surprise for the Angels". Where the Angels adopt a little kitten who will wreck havok on Cloudbase (Issues 95 to 99).

- "Melody's sister". In which... er... Melody's sister steals Melody's Angel craft to have a little fun, and causes lots of problems (Issues 100 to 102).

- "Bermuda Holidays". Where Rhapsody, Symphony and Captain Blue are on a furlough in Bermuda, JUST as the Mysterons decide to launch a new attack (Issues 103 to 108).

- "Monique". Where Destiny's sister is suspected to be a Mysteron agent (109 to 113).

- "Wo'd be a Spectrum Angel?". In which a Japanese stuntgirl named Toshi decided that she would very much like to be one! (Issues 114 to 120).

Scans of the strips or information on how to find some would be very much appreciated! Trade for other such scans is offered.

Would like to see these strips too - the artist Jon Davis is underrated.

Researches for the Angels strips are going well! A certain number of these strips have been located (either purchased or provided) and now only a few remain to be found!

So here an update to the strips and/or complete Lady Penelope magazines that I'm looking for:

- Issues 89, 90, 92, 93, 94 (to complete the storyline "The Angels start work in Earnest". The one with the sumo character.

- Issues 95 and 98 (to complete the 'A surprise for the Angels' story. The one with the cute little kitten adopted by the Angels.

- Issues 101 and 102 (for the story about Melody's little sister)

- Issues 104, 105 and 107 (Rhapsody in holidays and encountering Captain Black)

- Issues 110, 111 and 113 (Destiny's sister)

- Issues 114, 115, 116, 117, 119 and 120 (Toshi, the stuntgirl).

Only the Angels strip is sought, but the complete magazine is a welcomed bonus. I can accept scans of the pages. Exchanges with other scanned pages (from the Angels strips or other stuff, just ask to know what I have!) are possible.

Ah, made a mistake into my last post, in last February! As I have received a few new scans (thanks Pod7!) I think it's time to update the information here. There's only a handful of mags to find now. Eight in all!

What I'm looking for:

I am also looking for good scan copies or hard copies of the Angels colouring books from way back in the 60s. I've got one at the moment (from 67, with a character called Lady Maxine Davies), and the paper dolls books for the same era. Let me know if you can help!
