New Chris Bentley book

Saw this in Waterstones in Liverpool for £20.

Its a new Gerry Anderson episode guide listing everything the man has ever made with some very well researched notes. It covers everything in detail up to the end of Season 1 NCS and then gives the titles and brief synopsis for the season two episodes and it shows that ITV is following production order by screening Grey Skulls after Dominion.

There are good quailty pics from most of the shows including some very nices NCS ones and looked to be a quality book. If you are interested in Anderson's shows in general, I'd recomend it but as I only like CS and Thunderbirds, the price was a bit steep for me.

I think this revised edition has been on sale since... about the end of the initial screening of series 1? First mention of Grey Skulls though, I think (whereas a lot of guides still mention 'House of Dolls')...

Well I have the first edition of this which was published in 2003, the version you're refering to Jay is the 2nd edition with new stuff on NCS. 50 new pages acually. :lol:

I also recommend this if you are into Anderson's shows in general, but if you're only into Captain Scarlet or Thunderbirds, stick to The Complete Book of Thunderbirds or CS one, which I've not yet bought.

Always seemed a little strange that this book came out before S2 of NCS could be included. Although it's nice to see that Firestorm has been covered as figuring out which episode is which on the dvd is a bit of a headache.
Despite that, I'll probably wait for an updated version to be released before purchasing.
