I believe a number of people wear a watch for example on the their other hand. I think it's a two-things-at-once thing. So for example, if you're writing, you can just quickly glance at your free hand.

I don't tend to wear watches but when I have done, I've worn them on my favoured side.

I'm right-handed. I got my first watch as a consolation gift after breaking my right arm as a child. Unable to use my right hand, I started wearing the watch on my right wrist so that I could fasten the strap with my left hand. Putting on a watch remains pretty much the only thing I'm unable to do with my right hand.

Now this will throw ya,

I'm technically right handed, but when I'm working with tools like spanners and screwdrivers, I will automatically do it left handed, and it's the same with my driving, when I have a habit of taking my right hand off the wheel whilst driving down a duel carriageway, using just me left hand to stear until I come to an island or something.

By the way I watched the episodes again and have found that during fights Black tends to use his right hand a bit more often than his left. Just an observation.

I' m ambidextrous (I don't have a prefered hand.), so when writing im right handed but I do use my left for sports such as bowling and archery. so mabey black doesn't have a prefered hand.

My left eye is stronger than my right, so I tend to use my left hand in archery. When I Lazerquest (like paint-balling but with lazer guns) I use my right hand, but I tend to have to fire twice before I hit a target. Maybe I should try using my left hand...

Then again, what was Black before he was mysteronized and what effect did the mysteronization process have on him? For all we know, maybe the Mysterons programmed him to use which ever hand was better suited for the job he's doing at the time or use both with equal strength.

I'm another ambi - I normally write with my right hand, mostly because Latin script is made to be written that way, but generally do things with the hand that's more comfortable at the time. I play guitar (hero) left-handed, I bowl with either, and my mum stared the other week when I switched a screwdriver from one hand to the other, according to the angle of the screw I was dealing with.

That said, I do think that Black's apparent left-handedness comes from a reversed image rather than anything from the character (which, I suppose will be influenced by the actor). I'll keep my eyes peeled as I (finally) complete the episode reviews, so we can answer once and for all.

Having now finished the ep reviews, and watching Black more closely than normal, I would definitely say he is right-handed. I'm pretty sure I did spot a leftie, but I now can't remember who it was. I may have to watch again...
